We created DragonVine in 1998 as an entertaining fancy but we found ourselves using it when describing a purpose of fun. We do our best at trying to insure our guests have a fair deal with the hard-to-find items and we try to make their experience easy even if they do change their mind and wish to return a product. We just ask that they be patient and understanding in any mistakes we make because on a rarity, we do, but we try to ensure the Amazon spirit: Always charm our guests with hospitality, charm, and a sense of urgency to solve their problems.
